Thanks Jeff! My editing is pretty rough but getting better. And yeah, we watch them as well, but getting harder to relate to when everyone is getting brand new boats out of the factory!

Epic video guys!! Such great footage and so well put together! Loved it... the last time I was at Tangalooma was for helping salvage our 29 tonne 76' long ferro cement sailboat we sailed across the Pacific and now sits in Mooloolaba.. My father in law wrecked it on holidays with daughter and some friends 😩

I know. Seems impossible doesn't it. But if you cut them thick enough and stand them fat side up on their edge. 185 degrees for 16 minutes and they are perfectly cooked to medium rare. The key is thick cut and standing on its edge !
