When you have got time I was wondering if you could do a video on your combs and brushes I'm currently using a comb a wide tooth and a hair pick. Iv been greasing now for a few month and I'm still knew to all of these combs and brushes I'm trying different ones out see what's easier to work with. Hey man, I am a really proud of you. I am 14 years sober myself and also over two years off cigarettes. I’ve battled anxiety as well. It gets easier. Keep up with the sobriety. You’re in good company. Your identity is in NO way tied to things that are killing you. You’ve served your time! It works until it doesn’t wok anymore. Your life as an artist and as a greaser will get better beyond your wildest dreams. Trust me! I’ve been there and so many others have too.

Hello Mad Man. I'm glad your back & doing better. Sorry to hear about your scar. I must say i love love your channel man. Thank you for not deleting it. Because of you & your channel it helped me discover who i am or who i have always been i should say. The things you said in your old vlogs about greasers is stuff that i have been doing all my life. There isn’t anything better than having discipline in life and willing to not let alcohol or cigs take control of your body. It’s hard but if accomplished it’s very rewarding to yourself and your health. I think that rocks man that your being in control and working out and staying in shape especially with all the BS going on in life I’m sure it’s a nice change all around. You’ve made a great impact on myself and others taking steps in becoming a greaser and knowing what’s it all about so I want to give a big thank you for giving us all this great content and making a impact on this channel. Glad to see you back and doing better Madman! I had a nervous breakdown this year. Couldn't get out of bed until 1 in the day for 2 months. So many of us are at our breaking point. I can usually handle crap but I was given antibiotics for an infected tooth from the dentist and it destroyed all of my good gut bacteria. Gut bacteria is so important when it comes to your mental health and I never knew how important. Look into it. It may not be why you have anxiety and depression but it still helps to have a strong gut. It took months to get myself back to normal. Lots of fiber and htp5, saint johns wort. Big bowl of beans baby, every meal.

Good to hear from you! I've been straight-edge for a few years and it can be difficult, especially when your friends/family drink or smoke, but keep pushing through. Same with the anxiety. Focus on your art, maybe get yourself an old car; just stay positive and you'll be alright.

I used to get pretty bad anxiety back in the 90s.. funnily enough, (or not, as is the case) when I was quiff-sporting, biker jacket-wearing, 50s-loving greaser. I loved the style, but basically, very few other people did and I used to get a lot of funny looks on the street, accompanied by hushed jibes, giggles and quite frankly, too much attention of the wrong kind. Whether it was the time back then, or the area where I lived, I just felt as though I was making myself a social outcast, and over time, it ate away at me and my confidence. I couldn't get a girlfriend and the only people who appreciated my look were pensioners who lived through that great era and sported the look 35-40 years earlier when it was more contemporary and accepted. Eventually, I decided to get my hair cut and started wearing regular clothes and my life turned around pretty much straight away. I felt much more at ease and accepted in society. It shouldn't have been that way, but it was. Shame really.

I’m proud of you madman I had severe anxiety and was put on medicine after medicine that wouldn’t work used alcohol because the meds wouldn’t work was almost hospitalized for an interaction that the meds and alcohol had I had to quit drinking and I stopped taking meds because I wouldn’t find one that worked now I only take vitamins I don’t drink I still smoke weed occasionally and vape I got up to a healthy weight and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been it always makes me proud to see someone I know who’s struggling own their struggles and live life keep the videos man we missed ya

I'm glad you're doing good Madman, I know this video is a year old. However I'm going to assume you're still doing good. I've had to quit drinking beer, change up my diet and cut back on my smoking. I've been recently diagnosed with diabetes, apparently it runs in the family. So yeah I've had give up beer, because it has too much sugar. I can drink whiskey, as long as I don't over do it. I've also had to give up some of favorite foods, like orange juice. I used to have a glass of orange juice with my breakfast every morning. I can't do that anymore, because apparently juice has too much sugar in it. I hope all is well, God bless, and take care. I hope to see more videos.
