I definitely have missed you Beth making videos but knew you were ok after visiting your IG page…… I believe we’re all in this climate of unrest mentally I myself I’m learning to let go of the overthinking and dance with flow of life without wanting to fix everything but it has caused me to overeat 😆 So learn what works best in this shift but most definitely continue to make progress for a better self awareness & I’m here for you ❤🙏🏽Christ Love You & so do I
