I feel for you with the varicose veins as I struggled with them badly as well. When pregnant with twins, my insurance paid for prescription grade compression stockings that went to my knees 40-60hg pressure and they helped SO much!!! My midwife wrote the diagnosis code for “varicose veins” and I got as many as insurance would pay for which was about 6 pairs and. I still use them years later and they saved my energy and my legs. The 40-60hg is the highest compression and give so much stamina when you’re sitting or standing. Wear rubber gloves when putting them on and they’ll go on easier. Soooo worth it!!! Soaking my legs in warm epsom salts and lavender drops in a big bowl as I practiced natural birth relaxation to spa music and prayed had me soooo ready to birth courageously. Congrats!!!! ❤
