I’ve had my uppers with inbrace put in 3 months ago. I felt the same way. Eventually I got used to it, it’s no longer irritating me.

I was told even when you put the wire behind the bottom teeth you still have to wear a night retainer???

A retainer is for life wearing if you really want your teeth to look straight.. my last ortho said I can wear my retainer at night but I find it my teeth shifted of some.

Paulina, I've been wondering for so long why you don't post anything on KZbin anymore. Even before your last video I wrote to you because nothing was heard from you.
