The whole C word thing has taken a toll on so many of us. My husband was severely depressed and is starting to come out of it. He just wants to get back to work. I never sleep and I've not been so well mentally either. You are not alone and so brave to share your story. God be with us all.

Take your time, Sonal ... we are all supporters of you without judgment. You are vocalising what many of us have - and some of us still are - going through. I understand the 'camera anxiety'. I stopped going out for a year because I felt that in public ... and I see you as brave, my dear! I am sending you a virtual hug ... and am holding you in my thoughts. I'm glad you're accepting the need for medication right now - I know it was hard for me to at first ... until I realised that if we have a broken leg, we would use a crutch without wondering why we're not strong enough to hop around!! It's temporary, until your 'broken leg' heals. I'm not sure if it's accessible to you, but CBD oil has helped me a LOT. I use KiKi Health 25%. It's made a world of difference to my life. It's good to have you back, Sonal - just take your time, and put one foot in front of the other. We're here for you because we want to be. God bless. ❤️

No one ever knew about it because I don't ever wanna bother anyone about my problems, because all of us are having problems nowadays. And knowing you, you create videos full of lessons and learnings. I lost my dear beloved father in law to high blood sugar on 8th April, he was 91 years old and was as strong as a lion but due to covid-19 he didn't see his Dr because he could've caught it on time. Just had ached feet as the diabetes side effects, he fainted and was taken to the hospital and within 24 hours he passed away. He was an amazing soul and was a principal of a high school in Guyana South America of Indian decent, studied in London and major in Latin and European history, so smart but yet he didn't take note of his side effects of his health and just like that he passed away from diabetes which he never knew he had, crazy. Please watch your diet and sugar intake, eat a lot of Karela, bitter melon. Be blessed

My mother died in 4 months ago she had Alzheimer’s, and my brother is really bad he has dementia he be here maybe a month longer. It’s been really hard . Oh my, I m so sorry for the horrible time you had. Of course, that makes sense the slow healing....high blood sugar...It is in my family and I saw first hand what havoc it can wreck, and I experienced my mother having dip in her levels thanks to to strong medication for high blood sugar and ending hypoglycemic (we didn't realize at the time quickly enough, she was minutes from a coma). So pls pls pls you care of yourself, it is not selfish, if you are not well, nobody in your family is. I wish I could help you somehow, I wish I could take all the worries away.

I’ve missed you sweetie. I too, have had a tough time due to the complete isolation for 10 months. I’m starting to come out of the depression. You are not alone. I moved to be with my son. This too comes with some challenges and I’m grateful for him but I’m used to living alone. I was so excited when I saw a video in my feed. I’m not a big Instagram user. Happy belated birthday. I’m coming up on my 59th in mid August. I’ve found in these COVID times I shop more often from small brands because they are the hardest hit. My daughter had her first child...my first grandchild, 5 months ago and I still haven’t met him. We chat over FaceTime but it’s not the same.

I think we are the same age...I’m 42...dealt with anxiety a couple of years ago. I think it’s normal at this age lol. Take the meds! I’m desi too and I can tell you the best thing fir me to get away from anxiety was running!!! Run run run , best therapy for me. Helps you breathe better and helps you sleep cause it’s quite tiring! Though we are quite diff personality wise, I think you will benefit from it too. Lots of love!
