Hey, hope you have a safe and speedy recovery. I had a ileostomy 14 months ago and have never felt better. I rockhound 3-4 miles about 5 times a week, which I couldn’t do prior to surgery. Just take it slow!

My gosh, I had no idea I hope you get to filling better, I know what surgeries can do having 4 in the last 2 years had shoulder replacement, rotary cuff surgery twice and my meniscus repaired, this is all from rockhounding it's been tougher than heck on me, the worst of it's be hind me now I haven't been rockhounding in 2 years , hopefully that will change this year, I would like to some day meet you and go rocking with you I live in CO not far from Denver, thanks for your show I really enjoy it, Gary
