@@akabluebird4197 I think the timeline’s already different, though According to the movie timeline, the FNaF 1 location shut down in the 80s, however in the games FNaF 2 takes place in 87. The FNaF 1 location is also where the Missing Children’s Incident happened in the movie, so it wouldn’t make sense for FNaF 2 to be a prequel this time

So if Max would be Shadow Freddy, who would play as Shadow Bonnie? Also, this would be a neat idea, and would give proper closure to the shadow characters purpose. They were those characters that we knew existed, but largely pushed aside, because we never knew their purpose or what they were meant to be. Spirits or just agony? The idea that Max would be Shadow Freddy is genius.

Right! That’s what I’ve been thinking since I first watched the film. Why did Max die? She didn’t do anything inherently evil, and it’s out of the spirits nature to lure people into the restaurant just to kill them. They didn’t have any knowledge of Abby yet, so that plot idea is scrapped. It just doesn’t make sense why
