Five Nights at Freddy's (FNaF) is a video game series and media franchise created by Scott Cawthon. The first video game was released on August 8, 2014, and the resultant series has since gained worldwide popularity.

The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. Freddy Fazbear is the titular antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, who later appears as multiple variations in the succeeding games. Springtrap, previously known as Spring Bonnie, is the main antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 and the withered form of Spring Bonnie. Boyfriend, also known as Yourself, is an alternate universe version of Boyfriend. After the death of his Girlfriend and suffering a unknown incident, he has now changed both in mind and body. He is the star of the song Silly Billy.
Shadow Freddy is a supporting antagonist throughout the fnaf series.
He is an easter egg in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and one of the two secondary antagonists of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 (alongside Phantom Freddy).

I think in this case given the “follow me” part of the lyrics section, the title of the song either represents Shadow Freddy leading the animatronics to go kill William, or Shadow Freddy leading the animatronics so William can dismantle them, depending on the way you interpret the post-night minigames in FNAF 3.

I'm surprised that you didn't sneak "It's Me" into the lyrics somewhere, but otherwise this is a top-notch cover! Shadow Freddy turning into Golden Freddy halfway through and summoning a image of Shadow Bonnie during the big finale are both clever touches, as is the decision to have Shadow Freddy appear weakened at the very end. Presumably, this is a hypothetical scenario where Shadow Freddy is some kind of ghost or "echo" of William Afton's evil spirit (possibly controlled/used as a disguise for his AI copy) and Withered Freddy has to banish him before he gets up to his old tricks.
