Today I eat at 4 different restaurants that specialize in Khao Soi. If you haven't tried Khao Soi yet, be sure to have a few extra bowls on your next trip to Chiang Mai. A few years ago Mark Wiens did this same food marathon and I wanted to challenge myself to do the same. Not easy eating that much food in one day.
