Rashford has always had poor defensive numbers, even in 20/21 Ole's best season his defensive stats were Mbappe level. Finally, Rashford had world class talent, but due to poor management, injuries, attitude and a not consistent system he has ended up as an average premier league player. Even in 22/23 his all around game was appalling. Yes, he was scoring during the purple patch of 2 months but Weghorst was played at number 10 to do all the donkey work a striker is expected to do so Rashford could play on the last line and have balls fired in behind all game. Murphy is doing so well at Newcastle at the minute and Rashford is almost his complete opposite. Also, Rashford's wages would annihilate any wage structure you intended on having. You can't give 250k a week plus to someone who has been below average for a year and a half. Rashford in 19/20 looked on his way to world class, but ever since there has been no progress. As a United fan it's sad to see.

As a Inter fan I love to see him in Inter shirt, we revitalized the career of Lukaku and Darmian why not do the same for Rashford. Even as a Brit, it reeks of British bias. Sure, he had a few good seasons, but the last few years he's been woeful, only reason he's not been completely forgotten about is because he has a British passport, a massive PR team, and Man Utd on his CV. Even so, he's not good enough for any serious top team, but there's no way anyone else can pay his wages. Can't even really go to Saudi since his whole image is being charitable and feeding hungry kids etc., so he'd get the Jordan Henderson treatment and rightly so. His only option really is to take an absolutely enormous wage hit, and basically grovel at the feet of whoever will take him and try to rebuild his career. But we have stupid owners. We aren't selling anyone we don't want to. Tonali was an exception (and probably due to the gambling) and it seems our owners are pushing out all the Maldini loyalists, like Adli, who you should check out. I'm really surprised at the options you've listed here. Almost none of them are realistic even in theory both financially and football wise. Como, really? Is this a joke? Spurs? You should know he wont fit Ange's style of play, Ange's spurs is all about intense pressing and having no passengers, we saw Ange criticise Werner for it recently. Rashford is notorious for his lack of pressing. That'll never work. Only clubs in the prem he'd likely join is Newcastle or Arsenal. Serie A, yeah Juventus is a possibility but also maybe Napoli if they get rid of Kvara. Germany would suit his style of play but German clubs are known to be fiscal with their wages so they won't be too tempted by his wage demands. PSG is the only club that he's been linked to in the past who'd be able to afford him but PSG are said to go in a different direction and looking to abandon the approach of buying superstars which didn't work out so they might no longer be interested. La Liga is apparently a league Rashy might be interested in going but the top clubs like Barca and Madrid won't have him cus Barca are still in a financial crisis and Madrid have an overload of attackers especially now that they've got Mbappe. I think the only remaining top club is Atletico Madrid that'll have space for him and suit him but of course he'll have to accept significantly lower wages. I'm really surprised with James here, normally known to be a good analyst in football but this is completely off the ball in terms of realistic assessment.
