I've never been a Butland fan. Sure he's made some great saves and had some very good games. But hasn't every goalkeeper in the league? Butland has too many mistakes and bad judgments in him. He's a liability. This is why both Palace and Man U didn't want him. We should sell him in January and either get a replacement or use Kelly.

Rangers is a project guys. They're not a quick fix. We can complain about Dowell and Dessers for example, but they're not Clement signings. Clement is stuck with them and I'm damn sure he'd sell them if he could. No manager will buy successful players every time. Look at Celtic and the number of signings they've had to shift on. Board decisions and lack of cash are at the root of Rangers' problems. A change of manager won't fix that. I'm for keeping Clement and letting him carry out his vision.

Couldn’t agree with you more stevie. I think we need to accept reality that there has been self harm since 55, and a project to close the gap and eventually overcome is where we are at. I for one have accepted that, but the project can’t contain a 30+ plank of wood up front, it can’t contain a journey man in dowell who has no room for growth. I’d have accepted these results on the chin if it was part of a process of bedding in and growing Lovelace, Bailey rice etc. we are smart enough to see growing pains vs failure. A manager that talks about project and can put those players on the pitch has no credibility. The results are one thing, his credibility is totally gone
