Never thought of sous-vide'ing drinks. It's genius. You can cook it, speed up infusions, and never lose a molecule of the alcohol itself. Might have to do mulled wine like this.

WTF is this?!?!??! its looks good and i would love to drink it but is this cheating?!??!? you can't make drinks hours or days before severing it??? like when you go to a bar you want to see the bartender make the drink in front of you not just fucking get a bottle and pour it in your glass
