what do you mean by long term growth? You say invest in Lower Hutt but long term growth is bad. Can you help me understand? Thanks

The idea is that if you hold onto the property for a long time, its value will likely increase (capital growth), allowing you to sell it for a higher price than you bought it for, or benefit from renting it out at higher rates as the area becomes more desirable.

Listened to you on the platform saying that inflation going down probably wouldnt happened if labour was in govt and that it helped that the govt “cut back on spending” but i don’t really understand that, isnt the cause due to the reserve bank increasing the OCR, and didnt this government borrow lots of money, over 10 billion!!!, (and for this budget more than all but one of labours) they did cut but there was an expense on the books with the tax cuts and reinstating interest deduction on rentals, i see Nicola willas taking credit over inflation going down and said they have "cut spending" but it just seems like the Nats are just lying
