Ordered on line from Scooterreti some Ortlieb back roller bags ...and it was missing a 10mm insert to fit to my bike rack ... emailed them and they never said they would send me the part i paid for...lousy customer service...never buy on line go to the store to buy and check if pieces are missing before you buy

@@SCOOTERETTI when I paid for something that is missing I don't want to be put on hold...besides I ordered the color Lime-Moss that I could not find anywhere else, the bags you sent me look like Kiwi green could of bought those in My area (Montréal) I'll go to a local bike store to look at Lime moss handle bar bag this afternoon to see if you tried to pass me another one.
