Love Antigua, we just got back from our 2nd visit. Rented a car both times to get around. You have to try Aunty Cavell's - it's across the road from Darkwood beach. Some of the best local fare!

Aunt Cavell food is so delicious ! When I go back to visit I have to stop by. I also love Rice pudding (not sweet) and Conch water.

Roti is traditional food fron trinidad 🇹🇹 and Guayana. also I will let you here some places name to visit. Fort James Beach is the more local Beach in st John with the best sunset but you have to go up at the top of the hill is like a dream 😊., [Dickenson bay] [Sandals Beach] ⛱️ my home 😊, coco Bay English harbor, jolly high and Devil's Bridge have fun 🤗🤗🇩🇴🇩🇴🇦🇬🇨🇦

You eat the roti with your hands like a sandwich or open it up and tear off and eat. 😂 You can eat it with a knife and fork but islanders consider that bourgie. You can get great rotis in Toronto. In the end it’s about how you enjoy it, so knife and fork it is. Hope Anna enjoyed

I have tried rice and beans in a few countries and think DR makes it The best. The most expensive was in PR but it’s usually an inexpensive fish even in NYC. The rest of the food you guys had on this video looks really good. Good video as usual.

We do not eat ducana with stew chicken, we eat it with salt fish. The salt from the salt fish compliments the sweet in the ducana.
