Yes! I've only visited a few restos but I highly recommend Meliton, GloRom and Nanaw. These 3 have great service, delicious food and value for money.

Good question... I wasn't really looking for it & that's probably the reason why I didn't notice. I cannot answer this question but highest chances of finding it (if they have it) would be in their main public market
