There are plenty of places with solid internet but it’s definitely not 100% great/reliable. My suggestion is to ensure your apartment/accommodation has it as a back up.

name a place that doesn't charge tourist more..A person can live in san juan dirt cheap. I live in playa marsella, just north of town. been going to san juan since 2010. my friends there are like family.
