Where to find Eevee in Pokémon: Let's Go pikachu! and How to evolve her fast! Eeveelution!

Where to find Eevee in Let's Go Pikachu (Nintendo Switch)? Eevee is located exactly at the beginning of Route 17...just walk around and you will definitely spot her eventually...a great tip is to turn up your volume, since she is making that adorable cute sound, so even if she appears near you, but isn't showing in the image, you will hear her... use the elemental stones to evolve Eevee faster! so far we tried these 3:
-Fire Stone = Flareon
-Water Stone = Vaporeon
-Thunder Stone = Jolteon
The easiest way to find all of the elemental stones is to head to the big department store in Celadon City. You can buy each of the stones for 5,000 Pokédollars.
