Hi jamie, Love watching/ listening to your videos on a daily basis while at work! Having learned so much valuable information from yourself and others, i recently dived into property investing after much anticipation. I’m still very new and yet to purchase but I’ve recently set up my Ltd company for property investment 😊.. I’m still taking on as much information as possible and learning the do’s and don’ts before I commit myself to buying my first BTL. One thing that’s holding me back just now from refinancing my residential property and pulling out equity to use as the deposit etc on a BTL is the cost of my residential mortgage increasing quite a bit as it recently already has! I originally thought i could use part of the rent from the BTL to cover this increase, but being in a LTD company, would the costs I incur from taking out monthly dividends make it not worth while ? I understand my cash flow would be quite low because if this but I’m more interested in the capital growth at the moment. This may not be the video to ask this question on so I apologise but would be great to get some feedback Keep up the amazing work !!

I have been waiting since the start of Nov 23 when I paid the upfront cost for a property to be presented to me, while I have had 1 property fall through in that time, as a cash buyer you would think APG could find 1 house that fits my criteria in 9 months.

Just so you know when you did the search for semi-detached and terraced rentals at 14:15 you only selected semi-detached and didn't include terraced hence the low number of results
