Where to find the Night Vision Goggles location in Metal Gear Solid

You may already know this, but you can also find this in the B1 level of the Nuclear Warhead Storage Building in the office cubicle area right before you reach the corridor that leads to Mantis. I believe you need the Level 4 card key, and it should be in the bottom-left corner of the map of that room.
