If you put it on hard mode, and do the same level 3 or 4 times the chest will change to silver and that’s how you get epic gear

Thank you! I have 2 paths going right now - Normal and Hard. I've been accumulating Common gear then using them to level up my Epic (with the correct sub-class).

So everyday ive logged on the last 3 days. The first time I've gone to rerun a level, I've had epic chest available on every level. Seems like a freebe? Then, I've farmed the same level over and over, and the chest changes from time to time. Some times its 5 battles, and you get an epic chest appear. Some times its been 20+. But I've noticed that once it "activates," it will show up on any level. I've just farmed C1 B1 until an epic chest appeared in the rewards, then moved to the level I needed for the class I wanted and got the reward. It then changed bsck to normal rewards, so I did it again C1 B1 till Epic showed and ran the level I needed again. Does that make sense? Coincidence? Glitch? I'm not sure, but it's working for me atm.

Do you know if there is only a certain amount of Epic gear you can pull in a day? I was getting a piece almost every level for about 10 rounds, then it completely turned off. I've gone through at least 20 and nothing since the noon time frame the day prior.

It looks like you can get 1 legendary gear for placing 1st on the current egg contest on Treacherous. Also the top 3 on Kingslayer get 1 legendary each. I can only complete hard, so I'm a long way off getting one.
