Where to get OLA / UBER from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport | Hyderabad

This video shows where you can get your OLA / UBER ride from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport(Hyderabad). It’s quite a long walk(about 10 minutes) from the arrivals area to the pickup zone. The pickup areas for the two services are adjacent to one another. Follow the directions in the video, and you’ll be at the pickup zone. It’s best to book your ride once you arrive at the pickup zone. Always book only authorized taxi services from the airport. Enjoy your ride!

Thanks for this video. Will the staff at the uber counter book the cab for us? My father will arrive at hyderabad airport alone and doesn't have uber app.

Hi. I believe they will. If they don't, the best option would be to use Meru Cabs. It's another authorized cab service that operates from the airport. Once he arrives, he can call 89704 89704 to book a ride. The pickup zone for Meru is also close to the UBER pickup zone. I hope this helps. ✌

hi, do they charge extra amount as parking charges? I booked the cab and he charges extra 320 rs. as entry charge to get inside airport at the pick up point..do they usually charge or I got scammed by them ?

Hi. When you book an OLA or UBER, your total bill amount will include all the extra charges like Parking, Toll, Waiting Fees, Transport Hub charges, etc. Apart from a tip, I have never paid more than the total bill amount when taking a cab from the airport. In your case, I believe the driver had scammed you. If it was a recent trip, you can look for the list of trips on the app and check the invoice details of the trip. If you don't see ₹320 as Parking charges or Entry charges on the invoice, you have the right to dispute the charges and get a refund.

1)Do they charge and extra amount for coming inside the airport?like any airport entering charges 2) where to set our pickup point at international flight compartment? 3)which transport is better for two people ie from airport to secunderabad? Pushpak bus or ola uber? Plz answer if possible

Hi. 1) They don't charge extra for entering the airport. 2) International and Domestic terminals at Hyderabad airport have the same pickup point shown in the video. 3) UBER will be my recommendation as it'll be faster and comfortable, even though it's higher in price than the bus. If you are on a budget, bus will be a better option.
