There's a very specific possible use case of droll. If in a previous game you see that the opponent goes for a heatsoul -> apollousa line after NS snake-eye ash, and say g3 you open only droll as handtrap and opponent starts with normal summon ash, funnily enough you can hold droll until they use heatsoul draw instead of ash search. Instead of them directly doing the line under droll, it puts them in a much more awkward spot if they don't have an extender.

I think crow and bystials can hurt voiceless too if you hit the novox in grave when it tries to revive itself since skull guardian needs it on field to have the negate

Is it ever correct to hold imperm/Veiler for princess? That’s usually when flamberge comes out again and puts IP in the s/t zone.

Logically speaking, if you would imperm a witch, it would make sense to just ash the wanted as well. I think this format might be a situation where you want to use your ash as early as possible to try to keep your opponent from even getting to snake eye ash. It’s kinda like how ashing ROTA is actually a sensible play against Vanquish Soul because they need to see Razen to play, and it they get to it, handtraps hurt a lot less. I fear that with the power of cards like snake eye ash, you might be better off using ash early on bonfire/wanted to prevent your opponent from even getting to ash. This can backfire of course, but holding your ash for too long can be really dangerous considering the amount of snowballing decks can get off one busted starter. Also, any time someone starts with prosperity banish 6, I ash it, because when they start with it it often indicates they are trying to fix a brick. Usually you don’t want to prosp first because it plays hard into droll.

I tested your kashtira snake eye deck at the sneak peek yesterday. I went x-2 out of 7 rounds but could have gone ×-1. Flamberge targeting shangrila in s/t zone was crazy on my opponents draw step.

aftar they use the ravive eff on their turn, so that way even if they play a 2nd princess they wont b able to ravive something and go into amblowale since she is once per turn

You can't Belle a Garunix in hand due to it being in hand not fitting the requirements for Belle's activation. It's different from Nadir or Wanted where the ability to manipulate the grave *could* happen whereas Garunix in hand will never be interacting with the grave

From my experience so far, so many bluff plays, so there is a greater emphasis on reading plays and when to activate certain cards and effects outside of handtraps themselves. Yugioh, imo, is still a game about who has the deepest pockets with Komoney deliberately short printing and upping rarities of meta cards, but in terms of skill, it is more crucial than it ever was. It’s just insane how even a tier 0 like Fire King’s would still have legitimate competition by way of 3-4 other decks like Voiceless, Chimera, Labrynth and even something like Runicks and the various builds they can fit into.

chain disapearence is probably too late if they alrady got the two weenies on board usually but bystials could work for voiceless. crow mite be a bit better too since u can chain it to dynamondos eff (bystials would not be quick effs since they control no monstars) and crow works on transaction roll back too and mayb garunix or princess even tho its low impact
