Where to install LS oil galley and coolant block off plugs

What happened to the brass plug that was in the summit package you cut open never saw the small brass one get installed

That one was never shown on the install. They said it was "front plug we just installed" 1:26 but show a steel one.

What size allen bit did you ise for the large one? Also what are the torques for each? Installing on gen 3 l59 block

Is the large plug OIL or COOLANT?
