Hello! The Meadowview HOA is $297 per quarter, so just under $75 per month. The HOA is a really good value IMO. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

What are your thoughts on the area north of Nicolas, going up Joseph and Rita?

I think it's a nice area for sure. Honestly 90% of Temecula is really nice. The taxes are not too high there either which is nice!

Coming from Flagstaff, AZ via Scottsdale, AZ (for almost 20 plus years) newly divorced and can go pretty much anywhere in the world, ( I have a son in North Hollywood). Grew up in NJ on the ocean. What would you recommend for an active single woman in her mid sixties, but doesn't look like it? Not ready for the retirement scene. I love my Trader Joes and a place to Dance.

I think if Temecula is affordable that it can be a great place for you to live. It's a pretty active community, keeps you in So Cal and much less expensive than SD/OC/LA. 🙂

So you show all the cookie cutter hoods and leave out all the premier hoods like Meadowview for example with it's custom homes, 1/2 acre horse properties, and 360 open meadow? LOL

There's a lot of nice neighborhoods in Temecula for sure. We have a video coming out about the coolest neighborhoods in Temecula and Meadowview made that list because of the reasons you mentioned. 😎

I just moved to town, and the massive bottleneck around the 15/215 junction causes a major log jam in the northbound I-15 direction for miles and miles. Anything north of that junction is always clear and green on Google Maps. I work in San Diego and heading out of work even around 2:00pm or 2:30pm, it would sometimes take me a whopping 1hr 45 minutes to get home such as was the case today. That bottleneck is an absolute nightmare. They really need to hurry up and finish that freeway construction project ASAP as the current design around that whole area blows ass, and it is responsible for 24/7 traffic jam that stretches down into the Fallbrook area.

Yes the freeway interchange is terrible which makes the commute so much longer. Hoping the construction project helps once it's complete. But that is why South Temecula can be so much more desirable for people. 🙂

She just moved to town and immediately complaining. That's the kind of civic pride we need. Might have scoped out traffic patterns before moving here. That's the tradeoff, half the price of San Diego, see? Live in Fallbrook or Rainbow then.

@@beejdailey9824 Shut your trap. I love this area but there is definitely room for improvement. Nothing gets improved if you stay silent. That is why the city has council meetings, and the goal is to find ways and areas to improve. Btw, I already knew about the traffic issues and patterns way beforehand. Don't you think most people some research before moving to a new area.
