I lived in Temecula as a 5th grader up until I got married at 26 years old- 1993 until 2009. So much growth and so proud to have seen it thrive. My parents still live there and i visit at least once a year. Long live Temecula, my childhood and my home. Great job on the facts. I think another celebrity and one of the first who bought a house there when housing first boomed was the R&b singer Tyrese

I was thinking of moving there, but most people tell me the weather in the summer gets 115 degrees for a month, How many days is it 105 and above a year?? 2022-2023-& 2024? Everyone says stay south away from Temecula, like Escondido, or Poway.

We do have warm and dry summers. Statistically the average temperature in Summer here ranges from 90-95 degrees each day. We will definitely have a few stretches of days touching the 100 degree mark, but data shows only 5-10 days a year 105+. You can definitely get better weather closer to the coast, but it does come with a higher price tag.

I lived in menifee from 05 to last year, now i live just past the county line on the edge of Temecula. And i can say with full confidence that exactly 37.8% of temeculites subsist entirely on sniffing their own farts. Fact.
