Broken Arrow and Bixby tie in second, i just walked down Rose district last night, downtown BA is getting busier...anyway back to jenks, yes good stuff happening there, i wonder, what is the annual growth rate there? I know BA has an annual growth rate of 2.2%, and since 2013 I think, it has grown 24%, and still growing, been growing since the late 70's

Jenks has a 2023 population of 27,766.L and it is currently growing at a rate of 2.05% annually and its population has increased by 6.28% since the most recent census, which recorded a population of 26,125 in 2020.

I will be quite honest, the pricing of homes across OK are just insane. High crime, high heat, poor schools, and $175/foot prices. Its just a matter of months before the sellers figure out they were lied to about the value of their homes. Sorry but its still true

I'm curious where you live that is so amazing that's less crime, better schools and cheaper homes compared to Jenks?
