I love the fact you are finding things no man has ever unearthed before. The whole idea of exploring and discovering (or uncovering) is more valuable in my mind than anything I ever thought possible. Thank you for having that willingness to share the joy in being a self made man exploring. I love it. Someday I hope to free myself from the 9-5 grind of emptiness and solitude within a cubicle and perhaps join you and your group to realize the TRUE wealth in life. While mining my own business;)

That was a little joke about being my own boss. And “mining” my own business. I have a dry sense of humor. It might work better in that environment lol. Dry washing that is ;)

Being an Arizona Desert Rat for over forty years I’ve got to tell you about a product sold by REI called the “KoolTie” lasts for up to eleven years will keep you Kool all day, costs about eleven bucks, made here in the valley for almost thirty years too! I have property in New River and a wash runs through it, I want to pan the wash ,but not quite sure on how to proceed…

At 12:17, you point out a packrat nest. Don't disturb those things unless you absolutely have to! In Arizona, many packrats are infested with a parasite insect called a Cone-Nose Kissing Bug [I don't know the scientific name]. This is a blood-sucking insect similar to a deer tick, but quite a bit larger. Humans bitten by a Kissing Bug develop a disease similar to Lyme Disease. Many years ago, this happened to a person I knew. After a year of hardcore antbiotics and several hospital stays, he finally cored the disease. He was young and healthy when he caught the disease; I can't imagine what it would do to an older person. The moral of the story is, stay away from packrat nests!

There used to be a channel I liked… Finding Florida gold…or something like that. Anyone remember that one? The fellow started off showing how to find gold. Then turned more towards precious stones.
@goldfeveradventures3 жыл бұрын
I don’t recall that one.
@davidbreen47272 жыл бұрын
@@goldfeveradventures the only place you will find gold in Florida is along the coast. Spanish gold or lost jewelry.

Add a miller table, and your complete.Miller table works much better than the blue bowl, but needs all your attention using it. Faster clean ups.
@clarkwilkinson88182 жыл бұрын
I have a blue bowl and it works pretty fast. It just has a learning curve. It also cleans up pretty fast if you know how to use it properly.

Awesome video thanks for sharing! Super new to this and don’t understand the “private claim” thing. Is that like your land? If not how does one get a claim on someone else’s land? Thank you in advance for any response.
@goldfeveradventures3 жыл бұрын
Out west we have BLM public lands. You can file a claim but it’s still open to the public. You just own the mineral rights.

Thank's for sharing I have a question is it legal to dry wash or sluice in the washes around Tucson Az? I keep looking online trying to figure out the laws
@goldfeveradventures4 жыл бұрын
Yes it is. The main thing is is public or private ground? Is it under a mining claim? Local Clubs are your best bet to join. Get their maps. Thanks for watching.
