@@LiveLoveThailand i found a spot literally 1 minute walk of a bts station. Sadly, im expected to arrive during the 6 hour time window where the bts doesnt run 😩. Oh well, airport taxi will be ok for the first night.

Another great video and excellent advice for those who don't know Bangkok. So far I'm sticking with the Salil Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11, it's long been my favorite place to stay and offers a central location to many attractions I like. Sadly I did see a few changes that may sway me somewhere else on my next trip. Their restaurant is closed and so is the bar. I noticed a lot of places maintenance is lacking and the carpets in the hallways were stained. Yes the pandemic has forced a lot of changes, but I think the real problem here is the new Mercure Hotel across the street is the biggest impact. I think I'll try the Royal President on Soi 15 next trip.

Hello dear friend if you are going to stay more than 10 days its better you check an condo on Airbnb according to you budget since hotels are not that much cheap near the public transportation unless you will pay more than 35$ per day than you can stay at royal president in sukhumvit soi 15 . But you can find cheaper condos on Airbnb for 20$ and less.

Once you learn the BTS/subway & River/canal taxi routes you can be pretty much anywhere in bangkok on a budget. -Take BTS to SaphanTaksin Station (Pier #0). From Pier #0 take river taxi to Pier #13 "Arthit Phra". From there Khao San Rd. is a short walk. Have fun!

All the hotels mentioned in the vlog are guest friendly but if you want the best as budjet and location go for royal president hotel in sukhumvit 15 it's near nana and asok and its room rates start from 30$ night. Concerning the vlog it's not about only nightlife more about being near transportation. Soon we will upload a vlog about more detailed accommodation near the nightlife spots . Hello rose well it's a good choice, you have around 8 min walks to the nearest bts train nana station and asok. From where you can access to most of the famous malls in siam or pratunam area which is 4 stations away and 6 min with the sky train.
