Hi. Been going to Boracay since 2006, Henann is a good starting point for most 1st timers, all there rooms and breakfast buffets are similar and you pay by location. Next time (in the same price range) take a look at Mandarin Island right on the front in station 2 area. Fantastic hotel that has private transfer, good rooms , great staff, immaculate clean pool and that much needed bacon at breakfast ! Will be there next month (third time in last year !) Enjoy and Safe Travels.

I have to say - we stayed on the other side of the island at 7 Stones resort. It was a great price for a suite so good, we could have lived there happily. Next time, give it a try!

Great blog. I’m Filipino, but I honestly prefer Thailand, especially Phuket (Phi Phi Island). We also enjoyed the elephants sanctuary and participating in Muay Thai. Thailand is also much more affordable and their food cuisine is amazing.

Sorry for you two because you are not too fond of Filipino cuisine. But most of the tourist from other countries love food adventure. When you visit an Asian country expect that most of the food choices are for Asians. You cannot really expect buffet table to serve bacon because it's too expensive and people would always crave for it so they usually serve the most economical ones. To get a full selection of food try to visit Vikings in Megamall.

Actually a lot of Filipino dishes we like. You'll have to watch our Manila vlogs - coming soon - we eat plenty of Filipino food. However, a hotel that charges USD150 a night should have bacon for breakfast especially as pork belly is available everywhere in the Philippines.

Yes, sure I've heard about the Lind and of course there are better options like the Shangri La etc, but these are about USD600 a night. Are they value? I don't think so. Finding somewhere that is good and is value is what we try to do. Thanks for your choices, and yes they're super alright.
