Akshat this was a wonderful video and even though I respect the other two KZbinrs for their general views on investing, it was your viewpoint on crypto that made your mature worldview very apparent. Especially when you gave the example of Lebanon freezing accounts and the doomsday scenario use case for crypto, both of them did not understand what you were trying to say and kept contextualizing it to India. The simple fact that you stated was that if this doomsday scenario happens in any country (leave India), the people of that country don't have anything except crypto that can protect their life savings. Just this very real use case which is happening in many countries is alone enough to invest in this asset class expecting it to grow further, but sadly the other 2 guests chose to ignore this scenario. You're the only finance KZbinr in India right now that has his finger on the pulse of the global markets

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyper-inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

I don't think so. he just did diarrhea when he compared Indian situation with Lebanon & Pakistan. Both Rachna & the other guy crushed his philosophy. Also, he did a blunder on Real estate commercial space. The biggest of malls closes out and a flat in a good connected society ll go a long way.

I agree only from the language perspective. But he only lectures about lots of financial theories more. Most beginners likes him bcoz they r beginners. People who knows trading knows tat he talk less than the basics. Moreover, his stock recommendations are already known to the world. Overall, my opinion is " He is a good speaker in English and he is using it to make money from youtube".

That’s right! Downturns provide plenty of opportunities for regular people to build wealth from the scratch. However, MSFT, TXN, SAP are good tech stocks right now. Ultimately, you may need to get some professional advice from an Invest-ment planner if you want to take advantage of it.

Pranjal Kamra - I have started learning financials after watching his videos. His 6 step financial planning video is still indisputable king of video. CA Rachana Ranade - The friendly tone of explaining crucial financial knowledge is unmatchable.. However, Akshat sir is super pro for macro and micro economics. How to cycle identify for 1) the real estate 2) Gold 3) Equity If seen past data for 15 year cycle is shown every assets given 7-8 times money like gold in 2007 is roughly 7000 it goes to 50000 real estate also given to 7 to 8 times and equity also almost same returns but if you need urgent money requirements than gold and equity is easier selling but real estate sell is tough without cycle.

One of the most important thing while buying into real estate is verifying whether the development is RERA registered. When you buy into a RERA registered project, your money goes into a joint or sort of a escrow account where the builder can't divert it anywhere other than spending the money in the project itself.

Pranjal and rachna were not able to understand fully the doomsday scenario of crypto. Akshat was referring to having the freedom to execute migration, not necessarily to do it. When rachna said she'd check data on how many people actually migrate, she might have forgotten that not many actually have the freedom to do so. And the data is higher in war situations eg Ukraine compared to financial crises. When pranjal said he doesnt care about the 20% when 80% is gone, akshat actually wanted to refer to making a new life with that mere 20%.

Yes bro i agree with you , they were beaten and they could have politely accepted that as an investor they have not prepared for unforseen events like the one akshat described,they could have done so by acknowledging that it's a very thought provoking question . I have a good answer to akshat though , an asset that i would use carry abroad in a doomsday scenario I would buy three rare watches and three rare sneakers , Or any artifact with religious / cultural / political/ artistic significance . I would check if there is a market for the product abroad and then sell it in my opinion yes like rachana said crypto will crash , it's not a hedge Gold and even rare paintings are a good hedge against doomsday scenarios

I have followed only two investors out of watching 100s. One is pranjal and the other is akshat. In my opinion Rachana leans towards a balanced approach. Pranjal is very good if you want to get into regular trading. Following pranjal seems like hardcore day to day investing. Where as my personal favourite is akshat as my own thoughts align with his choices. I have recently started watching him and moved from pranjal to akshat. After learning investment from pranjal and investing in different assets i have come to similar conclusions that akshat makes. You cannot ignore world economics and make decisions in india. However to the question of moving investment in a national collapse situation my suggestion is to have a large piece of land in a remote area and go live there. I think akshat and my conclusions comes from the experience of working in consulting and knowing the reality of who you are betting on.😅

What pranjal said is genuine answer i guess... as akshat sir is more concerned about macro economics & preparing for it if something unusual happens....but there is no use coz your overall networth is already gone and the assets u kept aside which is only 5-10% of your overall networth won't be enought or last much if situation arrises.

Very good brainstorming session by Akshay, Rachana and Pranjal. All 3 displayed various categories of role that we come across as investors in a real life scenario. Many people can discover that safety and risk is an individual priority. We need to find our retrospective and act accordingly. We need to ask ourselves questions that will challenge our personality when it comes to investing, by defining money size and risk apetite. All the 3 experts put on an amazing show, showing both sides of coins. Good show by all means till now.

Growth in real estate investment comes from people paying GST to the exchequer and Government spending on infrastructure development... Once there be Value Capture Finance in place best return will come for people selling their time and efforts (labour and entrepreneur) and gains from real estate falling down to basic inflation rate.

The whole reason why Akshat was speaking about cryptos being an universal and borderless asset class is because NRIs are there in every corner of the world and such a situation actually happened to Indians in Uganda when the dictator Idi Amin decided to expel all the Indian Diaspora. Most of them Landed in Leicester(UK) with only Gold with them as other asset classes were non transferable
