This was a beautiful movie. The expression of love and despair were so well depicted. Yes the chemistry was indeed insane. The non-verbal communication was so on-point and heard louder than words. I watched 'Unintentional Love' after this and forwarded the main story to only watch Hotea and Dongee's parts. Even the little they had to work with they were good in it.

i agree the non verbal communication was the main reason i watched the show! i loved how obvious everything was without anything ever explicitly being said such an actions speak louder than words kind of movie! if only i got the closure i wanted it would’ve been perfect 😭

their chemistry is off the charts and honestly i firmly believe that the director and the cinematographer definitely helped the drama come alive, aside from the acting and very fire-y chemistry of the leads, each scene and camera perspective of this drama was shot so beautifully, oh and also, the cinematographer/director of photography for this drama is Ahn Gyeomseo which also worked as the cinematographer for Semantic Error and Love Tractor, so I was like damn no wonder this drama's vibe was sooo goood; it definitely went up to my top list as soon as I finish it, oh btw, the big difference between TTOF Donghee and ULS Donghee, if i'm not mistaken, had been explained on one of their gv where they said in TTOF, Donghee was swallowed by the hurt and struggles that he faced when he came out that's why his personality was like that unlike in ULS, after donghee had spent a considerable amount of time away, he finally had the courage to overcome the hurt that he felt for what his father had done to him and so that's why in ULS his personality was much brighter, that's something that they explained if i'm not mistaken but yeah it’s still hard to reconcile the difference since they’re polar opposites it seems and there’s scenes missing which leads up to the conclusion they are also nominated for blue dragon awards so hopefully everyone can vote for this masterpiece (u need a korea vpn tho), thank you so much for the review, i had fun listening to it ^^

I also totally agree with the directing point! They captured the longing and angst SO well + the acting was just 🤌🏻 I haven't seen Love Tractor but Semantic Error was also pretty good, but TToF >>>> ahh thank you so much for sharing that because it definitely helps me create that story in my head that we didn't get to see visually (but it would help me believe more if we saw vs them just telling, like what was the process I NEED TO KNOW 😭) yay I'm glad you liked it, also hoping more people can know about this masterpiece as well :)

I watched Time of Fever without knowing it was a prequel, so when I found out that their story continued, I was SO excited to watch Unintentional Love Story. I finished it last night and.... *sigh*. I almost wish I'd left it with the movie ending. I would love for this same director to do a sequel series with these characters where we find out what happens between them AFTER ULS, and we finally get a satisfying ending.

I feel this so strongly 😭😭 I watched ULS but forgot donghee and hotae's love story so I got excited to rewatch it again only to realize there was a reason I didn't remember it in the first place I feel like considering how much hype was around the time of fever we need the conclusion. The people want the conclusion!!!

@@wendyminn I hope they're seeing how popular the show is overseas, too! I'm not sure who produced it, but hopefully they're seeing all the hype and think it's worth it to make a sequel after ULS.

I don't know if you already know about a new BL series that will be released on October 21st called "Love In The Big City" it seems to me that it will be a very good BL kdrama and one of the actors is very famous Nam YoonSu and he has already received a lot of hate comments so I just wanted to recommend you to watch it and this kdrama is based on a book and a movie will be released or has already been released telling only about the friendship of the main character with his friend and this actor and actress will not be the same ones from the series but I think they are famous.

Thank you for sharing!! I think I have heard about it but now that you mentioned it I'll definitely keep an eye out for it October 21st when it airs, but maybe I'll wait a couple episodes and check reviews so I won't have to wait too long for it to finish lol
