All are nice & amazing😍🤩 homes ! But why that 1st home corner section has castle 🏰tower shaped roof 😂!!? The properties are nice though. But would be great to demarcate the lot with a proper shaped fencing & some trees 🌲🌳🌴😊! BTW Keep it up Levi!👍🏿❤☺

Hey Alex, thanks for tuning in! I'm glad you liked the homes! That tower roof adds character and is primarily designed to accommodate the massive ceilings. I agree a proper fence and some greenery would elevate the overall look.

Grand makes an incredible house, but they simply overdo it with the staging. It's cluttered and overdone. The layout of the first model is all over the place. The second model isn't much better. They have much better layouts in other communities, but you will pay for more at say the Silverleaf in Frisco.
