GG Comrade. Another reason to always get Admiralty Backing and don't sell ships: bad ones get buffed (eventually). Never been one of my favorites, but the longer ranger of Russian cruisers is great to make DD players get a a new pair of pants. Also use mostly fire, with AL Avrora, that also boosts AP.

This was a massive buff to the P bag and the same thing can happen to any campaign ship that wasn't any good when it first came out. You just never know when a ship could from a 2019 Redbull F1 to a 2023 and a chad Aaron behind the wheel aka Max Verstappen. Had to put a F1 reference in. I kove how many people are getting into F1 lately, i haven't missed a race since 1990 and love the sport so much. GG Aaron.

It's funny because from the last campaign with all of those different crates i had gotten this and 2 more teir 7 crusiers in 1 run. All together in that update i had gotten around 8 to 10 ships. There's players more qualified to answer than me as I don't actually have PBag but I'd definitely go PBag over Suzuya. IJN cruisers can dish out damage but struggle for game impact, Soviet cruisers have more carry potential. PBag is going to be my next GXP ship. Hopefully some more people post their thoughts too.

I too have noticed an increase lately in the number of destroyers. I play tier 7 solo most of the time so I don't know if this is universal, or not. As for the current competency level of DDs it seems that very little has changed since the very beginning of the game, with the exception of a tiny smattering of excellent players who seem to have the capacity to actually improve their game over time. After about 3 months of playing, beginning at release, I deleted this game and swore I would never play again. Seeing the DDs on my team continually evaporate within the opening minutes was turning me into a slavering infuriated madman. I decided to return 6 weeks later with a mission in mind. For over 600 games straight I played nothing but USN gunboats and hunted destroyers almost exclusively, and ruthlessly, until my intense need for their destruction was adequately satisfied. When I saw the win rate for those 640 games recently I felt another flush of satisfaction. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I absolutely despise incompetent destroyer players to this day. The lack of respect you demonstrated for the DD in this game was a joy to behold. I will chip the rust off the old Bag.. that I have left rotting in the harbor, and find me some DD bote booties to belt. Good game, as always. Thank you.

Positioning is the later. A sense of *direction* is a must first in all shooting games most player forget.

@@whereruaaron this game is a 6vs3. The lesser group have a choice at start (1) hold until support arrives from other side or (2) retreat and regroup. Looking at the map both red/blue teams are rotating then coming to the center with each of their own number of forces. It’s the same as battlefield (I know you play conquest most)

I don't hear people talking about this but.....the DD player base has been falling off and with all these radar cruisers who wants to be a dd anymore, I can't blame them. They need to bring in radar jammer or something this is a huge balance issue imo

It's not an HE spammer nor is it broken, if you find yourself unable to counter cruisers I suggest moving your battleship and not sitting in one square, movement, concealment and target prioritization are all skills battleship players need in order to play them effective
