Stockies saved the day ! Rainbows put up a good fight and at least you are not having to put up with hundreds of bait fisherman crowding the banks . That is what it is like in my part of the world, nice fish and well done Dietrich .

the first lake u were at , ive been up that way the last few days to it and the one back down at the road side , not a fish in sight unfortunately

Usually these lakes fish good early in the season, Ciaran, this year however seems they all are very temperamental, but it should pick up soon.

Genau, Gerhard, das war die Rute von Dir, mit der Rolle von meiner Liebsten dran. Das ist mittlerweile der zweite Fisch den ich damit gefangen habe, funktioniert wunderbar und wenn Ihr hier seid, finden wir vielleicht auch wieder einen Forellensee in der Naehe, damit wir die Crew mit Forellenfillets versorgen koennen. Bis bald und viele Gruesse ins Frankenland.
