Which are better - SKY FLATS or flats shot using a FLAT PANEL for astrophotography?

Going out to your backyard, rooftop at dawn every time to take flats can be very annoying. There is another way - sky flats - images of a patch of blue sky during civil twilight. Are the flats obtained this way just as good or even better? Let's find out!
