Installation Tips
■ This product is a liquid level control valve.
■ After installation, the float must be vertical. If you need to install from the top, you need an elbow to connect the float valve and the inlet line. First, fix the water inlet pipeline on a horizontal surface, and then connect the automatic water level control valve to the water inlet according to the standard.
■ The main water inlet should be aligned with the normal diameter of the control valve.
■ When in use, the shut-off valve should be fully opened.
■ If two valves are installed in the same tank, they should be kept at the same level.
■ Before installation, please clean the impurities in the pipeline to prevent blockage.
■ If the water quality is not good, the valve needs to be properly maintained.
■ If the user finds that the time for adding water becomes longer, please clean the water inlet and rinse

Good explanation and loved the mockup tanks. Question: is this true: If (when) the float valve system fails, you have full bore inlet water flow, and flood in your house. Too much water inlet overwhelms the overflow. If the brass lever arm system fails, you have slow trickle continuing, and trickle goes out the overflow pipe. No disaster. Is this correct?

Looks like it for the "inside side model", the water level depends on the location of the unit, and most users i see, the water level is lower compared to the float type. Can this item adjust the water level to be higher than only cut off? or its already permenant level?

The third model starts at 03:07 which is connected to the bottom of the tank, it will begin filling the tank when the water reaches the bottom (The tank becomes empty) and stops filling the tank when the tank is full..is that right....Thank you...

unscrew it and have a look at the plastic float, might be some sands or fine stone blocking its way.

Hv bought one frm u. I found out when water flow stops, it created a strong backward pressure to the tap source/head which then causes the pvc pipe connector to explode/burst out from the tap head. Any solution to this?

I imported side inlet mounted outside from china but its not working proper. I dont know why Water level raise dont close the valve and it over flow valve from top and water starts droping from valves topside its not transparent so cant see whats the problem in it i would prefer ball valve inside tank at the end of water inlet that i can see if its not working properly

It will damage your water tank pipes if this cuts off water supply. The motor should be switched off instead of blocking the water flow. Blocking the pipe may cause damage to pipes. Use carefully.
