I find it rather funny that the this video messed up twice, first they failed to mention that the first main stream African-American comic book character, was Ebony White The Spirit's partner who made his first appearance in 1940, granted the first version of Mr. White is rather offending, but back than that is how it was done, not saying it was right, just saying that is how it was done back in the 40's. Follow that I'm slightly insulted that MTV news ignored the comic book character of Jackie Johnson note able as being one of the first non-stereotypical African-Americans in comics that was a member of the easy company comic book series in 1945.But than again his statement was the first African-American superhero in a mainstream comics, that statement is also false, Black Panther appeared in fantastic four #52 in 1966 where as Falcon was introduced in 1969. Thanks for proving you still don't know anything about comics MTV news.Now I'm not going to blame the actor for this slip, I really can't because all this was scripted, and who wrote that script? The same Idiots I already went off on in their last comic book related video. Seriously MTV News team, look into your subjects before you make videos, you do this once and a while but for the most part you don't.
