Hi, yes you can start learning AWS from now. If you are familiar with terms like servers, databases, load balancers, APIs, how client server architectures work etc. then you can go ahead with AWS Solutions Architect Associate Cert. If all these terms related to IT are new to you, go for Cloud Practitioner first and then you can go ahead for Soln Arch Associate.

Nowadays companies consider any Associate level certification so SAA and Developer any of them can be helpful. If you want to get overall idea of multiple AWS services and how solutions can be designed go for SAA. If you like coding more and would like to dig in deep in some developer-helpful AWS Services go for Developer exam.
