I rode cut gate and lockerbrook a couple of weeks ago, some of the best descents in the peaks, great to see you ride and appreciate them, great vid :)

Great to see you taking on my local trails. Certainly pushing things down Lockerbrook and Mickledon Edge (the one before you swapped bikes) probably two of the best descents in the peaks IMHO. Sweet place to ride in the Peak District.... But as the carpenters once sang "You've only just begun". Tough luck on the other guys freehub. I bet most of us have a tale of swinging a leg along side for propulsion for 10 miles 😂

There is a nice hack if you need to climb with a busted free hub, you would need to fix your cassette to the spokes using zip ties, just consider you are basically eliminating the function of the hub meaning the pedals will spin fixed to the wheel movement.
