The strongest blocks are tied for 1st between bedrock and the barrier block, the secon strongest block is a command block, and the 3rd strongest block is obsidian. (I don't know where to put the barrier wall because I've never actually tried to break it in survival.) Also, fun fact: A block of obsidian has a blast resistance of around 100,000, while a command block has a blast resistance of around 1,000,000.
