Whilst reading about Bremont I came across an awful lot of forum threads referring to the fact Bremont use modified ETA movements, it's my understanding that in the early days Rolex used Zennith movements. I've owned a number of Rolex watches and now own an Omega Planet Ocean both brands are Swiss. I'm currently in the process of deciding between an IWC Pilots Spitfire and Bremont ALT1-C PB to replace my Omega. IWC is Swiss and presents lower depreciation and risk given the IWC heritage whilst Bremont is British with higher depreciation and greater risk given how young Bremont are. I'm patriotic and love the idea of a British prestige watch brand, my dilemma is whether to risk so much money on such a young brand. Decisions, decisions...

Very simple yet striking designs. Haven't really found any other watch brands do it this well. Very well made videos as well.

I just received my second Bremont watch. I already had a Endurance, with the titanium Endurance specific bracelet, and two orange Bremont NATO straps with buckles. I just had a U2 Jet Black delivered today, and I love it.

The U-2/51-JET is a thing of beauty. Was this close to buying it. The only thing that put me off was the 100 metres water resistant.

Burrells Jewellery & Watches I don’t own any but was recently researching. I have 2 Breitling watches. I particularly love the 40/41mm Supermarines and Aircos though. And it’s a British brand so even better.

I really like Bremont's core tool watches. I am not a fan of the Jaguar dashboard watches. They are designed to replicate a Jaguar 'Rev Counter' and not the Speedometer, as there is a faux redline on the dial. I personally think these are too 'on the nose'. They should have kept the numbers 5, 6 and 7 on the dial, and not done the faux redline. Just my opinion.
