The problem is that India is a developing country and if you are from tier 3 or tier 2 even, you don't find suitable market demands for your "passion". Rich are able to follow their "passion" because the world is playground for them. They have sufficient money and can go to any country to apply their "passion".

When top 5% of a country's population control more than 60% of the wealth, what else to expect from the job market in that country! Rich becoming richer, poor becoming poorer! Concentration of wealth increasing each day! "Jo mile woh karo" can be the tagline in such country! Beggars cant be choosers! Harsh but true!

Honestly, competitive exam aspirants are not that competitive for real world. However, use your aptitude to become business minded. Believe in it, you guys will automatically use your mind then in thinking- how to multiply money. Also, like sir said- Forget your background, please. Work at ground zero, start from anywhere. Keep up the momentum, upskill all the time. Else, know that.... If there are rags to riches stories, there is also riches to rags phenomenon. So, deal with real world understand how business is done.

Don't even waste a month if you already have crossed the deadline 25th on govt service. Nowadays in social media We always glamorize those people who got the job but we never ever think of millions who didn't get it but had tired. Accept yourself, the hard truth is that you may not be worthy of that privilege but still life offers you so many things now it's up to you choose it or let it go like as usual. Last but very important if you already wasted so many times then if possible do some kind of crash course and get in the field. It may not be easy for anyone in the beginning to start as a fresher at the age of 30 but if you even work hard in your 30's your 40's will be far more valuable than you think. Good luck to all of you;)

Your 💯 right here in UK even parents are millionaires they send their children to do jobs as soon as they are on school holidays so they don’t rely on them and know how world treats them. Even part time jobs they do and once got job they can do both work and study in their fields or anything else but not sitting at home as lazy bumps. I am feeling so sad when I see youngsters westing time on tick-tock videos and Instagram reels they have plenty of time in life but don’t know how to use them effectively.

I think career is a personal choice. It should be followed through passion. If you have passion for something you need not justify it. My brother is an IIM dropout and currently preparing for upsc and pcs. I can see the grit in him. I am from stephens (DU) which is a top college in India. I have my PCS interview pending. I went for another PCS mains recently and saw a person from IIT Guwahati giving mains. My another brother is in last year IIT BHU and is planning for IES (ESE). So both public and private have there charm. I think I belong to a well off family. I have seen my father in a private job being under huge pressure. He himself wants us in IAS/PCS. Though there is a lot of pressure there but still it’s justified. Ultimately it’s the quality of life that matters. Money is not only the important factor. You can have your business after becoming IAS/PCS. You can provide quality education to your children in schools like Woodstock and welham if you get into public service. But you need minimum 1.5 cr+ package in private to afford that quality of education. I am not justifying anything but I have seen things happening that way in real.
@manoj-zv9xd Жыл бұрын
you are right brother, Sangwan Gurji take one case study and go in extreme direction, All IAS officers childeren are studying in oxford/harvard ,some of them are ministers in present goverment.Sundar Pichai ceo of google .His father was ifs officer , thats why he could afford Stanford education
@Malin98 Жыл бұрын
@@manoj-zv9xd pichai’s father wasn’t an ifs officer. He had to sell his life earnings to let his son study in Stanford. As far as this video is concerned, I don’t agree to his facts. Though he speaks well and has the capability to manipulate young minds, he doesn’t take into account the ground reality. Sunder pichai became the ceo of google. That’s an exception. Not all get that life after IIT. few people I know earn better than IITians. Also the branch matters. There is less scope from branches like civil, metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceuticals etc. It’s software or nothing. And someone having a 1cr+ package in privates leaving for IAS isn’t easy. He knows well what is better for him.
@manoj-zv9xd Жыл бұрын

What about people who are earning money in a private job but are not satisfied with their careers? Should they focus on earning more money which might prompt them to experiment and maybe fail? Or should they just be in that position because they are better than the majority of the population? I feel career choice has a lot to do with the family situation, age, and society. I agree with everything you say. I am 19 years old now. I too had a dream of joining the army but one day I talked to my uncle (retired army man) about how life is there. I came to know that after going there your mental health is completely affected. They will just give you commands and you have to follow them. You cannot even try anything on your own. And I don't know where I will get the post, it is far from family, and they tell you that after going there you will feel that you and the decisions of your mind are completely kept closed. You can never do anything on your own, and the environment outside is so bad that everyone is a fool. Because of this I left this field and came to IT field and I am now happy with my life.
