WHICH CLUB LEGITIMATELY OWNS AJO, SC VILLA OR NEC?

Before signing for NEC FC, Emmanuel Ajo had a termination letter and already had signed for Uganda Premier league champions SC Villa.
Busoga United Chairperson Diana Nyabo then took the player to NEC FC who paid Shs15M for the player’s signature. The deal also included add ons worth Shs8M. The player himself received Shs8M as sign on fee.
SC Villa also gave the player money for his signature and put pen to paper on a three year deal.
