I am from Central Asia and while I was watching this video, I just get shocked. I am 24 years old and I have never been in any foreign country. And usually all of our people are same like me. And even if we want to visit other countries, it is nearly impossible because our economic conditions are below the average. If you collect your annual wage, you can just take a plane ticket for that money. So I want to say that, be happy that you people have such a good opportunities.

It's so easy for Europeans and North Americans to visit and explore the world, humans from the so called third countries have to go through very difficult beaurocratic constraints to explore Europe for example, while seeing Europeans enjoying their time in their lands easily. I hope that one day all humans can roam the earth freely.

Yes, I agree. I'm from a third world country and in fact, my family has not travelled outside of our country. Now that I live in Europe, I can travel often (its cheap to travel within Europe if you are already here) and I visit my family but they cannot afford to visit me.

I'm from Kazakhstan, in the summer of 2019 I visited Europe for the first time. The first country was Hungary, then Germany, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece and Turkey. It was a cultural shock for me to see the service in restaurants in Berlin. It's just terrible service, I waited 10-15 minutes and no waiter came up to me. Honestly, it's very rude and I'm not used to it with us, the staff do not understand that after such treatment, people will leave negative feedback and complain about the venue.I think restaurant owners don't give a shit about visitor reviews. The high standard of living in Germany, the whole of Berlin in tiles and paving stones, I just enjoy walking around a city like this. No, seriously, people, joy in small things, I like the infrastructure and amenities of the entire city, that's what a city where people live should look like. I did not feel the pressure from outside, everyone is busy, no one just touches you, I do not even know what else to say.

@@epg96 Not really. Reading subtitles for me is just annoying and it distracts me from following the actual show. If I really want to practice my listening skills in a foreign language I would turn off the subtitles, too and just listen to the voices. In Germany there's literally a dubbed version for any trash movie in existence so we're simply not used to anything else. Often though the dubbed version is even better than the original one imo.

I would like to visit Frankfurt with my mother because she's a big fan of the television show Ein Fall für zwei hahaha ;-) she also watches a lot of other German television police drama like Alarm für Cobra, Kommissar Rex and Der Alte.

I don’t know why German people are afraid of going to Mexico. They thought it is a high crime in Mexico but not all! Some places are safe there like resort vacations especially in Puerta Vallarta and Cozumel and Acuprco and other few rich cities.

Well. I am from the Czech Republic. And the best culture shock was Austria. Or... Better said ... It wasn't the culture shock. It was its absolute absence. I just feel there as if at home.

When I was stationed in Germany (from the US), I can't say I experienced any culture shock. I expected things to be different but I didn't find it all that strange. Except for the time I saw a little boy walk out of a supermarket with a basket full of wine. Someone had run after him and I thought they were going to stop him but it turns out the boy had left without his change!
