Most of them prefer Japanese food, yes!!!! 👍👍👍. That one guy talking about Chinese hotpot, has he tried Japanese hotpot (from Fukuoka) like kurobuta nabe? I tasted it for the first time in NYC when I visited my son. Then you have the Japanese tea houses. NYC also has a nice Japanese tea house, Cha'An. Their mochi mochi is like anmitsu that has mochi in place of jelly. So yummy. Korean chefs should bring back wagashi at the Incheon Airport. I remember back in 2016(?) they were selling really fancy wagashi at Incheon Airport. I bought a box and my son and I really enjoyed the goodies.

Japanese hot pot is also copying the food culture from China. The Japanese habitually copy the traditional culture from China to claim to be Japanese XX (changed to Japanese vocabulary). The same is true for Korean practices (and Vietnam).

How interesting, best reputation? have to disagree as a Korean American who has visited Korea 2x I was not impressed by their attitude and approach in life. Very narrow minded and view in life. For sure I’m happy how far they have come but something needs to change.

I think Southeast Asians have a lot to answer for themselves with regards to this. They have much more resources yet are so poorly developed. Crime rates are much higher. Streets are far dirtier. If Southeast Asians did better for themselves, would the Koreans have been able to look down on Southeast Asians in the first place?
