After the rework of Manchester the whole base set is now op... Now you have good distance cover move a move which can punish block holders runners and also the delwar is good... And also ultimate does ton of damage....

I have 3 reasons why i think base deku is better. Reason 1: His passive, getting more ult points per hit after each finisher is pretty op while vigilante just gets ult dashes which isn't all that helpful in my opinion. Reason 2 his hyper armor, as we know detroit, one energy surge and possibly texas have hyper armor and do descent damage and vigilante deku has no hyper armor moves so he's hella punishable when he misses. Reason 3 some of his combos you cant ragdoll out of, what I mean by this is sure you can use quintuple smash to start a combo but with there being no stun time once the move is finished you cant exactly hit the opponent bc theyll either block or ragdoll but with texas you wont have that problem you can extend it with one m1 and Detroit dealing very decent damage.

Imma disagree, mastered Deku is better for many reasons: V2 Deku deals more damage and it’s not a debate V2 Deku have more combos choices, base deku only good because if his M1 and M3 but other than that his combo choices are either easy avoidable, quick, and slow start up. V2 Deku ult is way better than base Deku and it’s not even a debate. As shown in the video the chances of landing 100% is 50/50 which it shouldn’t be possible since he have a huge hitbox, is 3 ult have a slow startup which is easy to dodge, his 1mil% attack goes in a zigzag and it have a small hitbox, and while the move is fast and good distance, he slows down when it’s about to attack which gives the person more time to dodge away. V2 first move have a big hitbox and gives a decent amount of distance on his startup, his second move goes far, have a good hitbox, unblockable, and its fast so the player can’t interrupt you, his 3rd is also unblockable, have a good hitbox and makes you go far which is great to use against runners, his 4 is good to use if you have lock on. Overall if you’re getting jumped you can depend on v2 deku to get the job done but that’s my opinion, good video tho
