best way to choose it imo is to search a build for the character you want to use and check which one's the best for them

This is correct, but also not at the same time. Reason being, the echo you receive will be a 50/50 chance of the set you want. Hence, getting Spearback might be the most beneficial/flexible pick.

@@crowthebirb-chirp Yup since whichever set it rolls into, it's going to be useful, and it's really only there to boost you early game. You'd want to replace your 3 costs later on with elemental % of your choice
