Does Epson carry a 36in sublimation printer

Hi LaToya - not at this time! Epson dye sub printer widths are 8.5", 24", 44", 64", and 76".

this mite be a crazy question but do the surecolor t series printers come with sublimation ink or do you have to buy a different ink for that ?

Hi Kirstachia, thank you for your question! Each ink technology has printheads that use products (adhesives, tubing, etc) that are compatible with the ink type being used. That is why EPSON created a line of dye-sub printers. There may be 3rd party inks, but we would not advise using them since they may shorten the life of the printer and would be difficult to control from a color perspective.

Can these prints be converted to an ecosolvent printer? I have a epson surecolor t3170x. I'm not sure what I want to convert it to. I already have a printer converted to sublimation and one that does regular inkjet printing.

Hi Tricia, thank you for your comment. These printers are not meant to be converted. The adhesives and materials used in each printhead are designed for specific inks.
